The following formats are accepted in CMYK color mode for high quality results including Adobe CS1-5.
Fonts can cause problems when sending artwork to press. If you've used a typeface that your printing house doesn't have, the document will print incorrectly. Converting text to outlines is very easy in Illustrator. Select Type/Create Outlines or right click on text and select Create Outlines.
The system of 'A' paper sizes was created by the International Standards Organization (ISO) to standardize the dimensions of paper.

In most cases documents should be scaled at 100% of final print size. Artboards exceeding 3,000mm; scale at 10% of final print size.

Convert final artwork to CMYK
Indicate all pantone colors with the correct PMS numbers (eg: PANTONE 186C)
If possible, supply a color accurate proof to ensure all aspects of your document
are correctly reproduced.
